Opposition parties in India criticize the government's decision to abstain from voting on a UN resolution on the Israel-Hamas conflict. They argue that it goes against the country's principles and history, while the BJP emphasizes that India will never support terrorism. The resolution called for a humanitarian truce and unhindered access in Gaza. India explained its decision by stating that the resolution did not explicitly condemn the recent terrorist attacks by Hamas. Leaders like Sharad Pawar and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra expressed their disappointment, while the BJP defended its position.from India News | Latest India News Headlines & Live Updates from India - Times of India https://ift.tt/yPsgdfG
