Panic gripped Rajouri in Jammu and Kashmir after a suspected improvised explosive device (IED) was found near the Government Medical College and Hospital, a crowded area of the town, on Wednesday. This came just over a fortnight after the twin terror attacks in the district on January 1, followed by an IED explosion on January 2.
