Jammu assistant commissioner Piyush Dhotra has been appointed the inquiry officer to conduct the probe into the encounter. “I have been directed to conduct a magisterial inquiry and submit the report to the Jammu district magistrate,” Dhotra said in a notice on Wednesday.
