The Jammu and Kashmir Police have started using GPS-tracking anklets on terrorists out on bail to monitor their activities and curb narco-smuggling and terrorist activities. The anklets will allow the police to track whether the individuals are meeting anyone to collect illegal items or funds and whether they are in contact with active terrorists.
