At least six policemen were killed when their car collided with a truck in Rajasthan's Churu district on Sunday en route to their VIP duty assignment for PM Narendra Modi’s election rally in Jhunjhunu. After the incident, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot shared his condolences and said, “Early this morning, sad news was received about the casualties of policemen in a vehicle accident from Sujangarh Sadar area of Churu. Our deepest condolences to the families of all the policemen who died in this accident.”
