Sarath Reddy, one of the key accused in the Delhi liquor scam, has turned approver in what can boost the ED’s case against AAP leader and former Delhi deputy CM Manish Sisodia and others accused of rigging the excise policy of 2021-22 in favour of a cartel controlled by Hyderabad-based South Group.
