SP ex-chief Mulayam Singh Yadav, iconic architect Balkrishna Doshi and pioneer of ORS Dilip Mahalanabis have been posthumously awarded Padma Vibhushan, India’s second-highest civilian award. Other recipients of the award are tabla maestro Zakir Hussain and mathematician Srinivas Vardhan.
