India on Monday submitted its long-term low emission development strategy (LT-LEDS) to the UN climate body, laying out the roadmap of how it would ultimately meet its 'net zero' emission goal of 2070, and said the country's focus will be on the "rational utilisation of national resources with due regard on energy security" and its transition from fossil fuels would be undertaken in a "just, smooth, sustainable and all inclusive manner".
