Twelve people, including a 3-year-old girl, on board a luxury bus were charred to death and 39 were injured when the vehicle caught fire following a collision with a coal-laden truck at Mirchi hotel chowk, barely 6km from the heart of the city, on the Nashik-Aurangabad state highway around 5:15am on Saturday.
