In a fresh jolt to the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has recognised Rahul Shewale of the Sena faction led by Maharashtra chief minister Eknath Shinde as leader of the party in Lok Sabha.
