Security forces killed two trapped Hizb terrorists, including the one who had shot teacher Rajni Bala dead outside her school gates in Kulgam on May 31, in an encounter that went on for three days in Mishipora-Kujjar area of Yaripora, in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
