Of the 2.5-lakh candidates who cleared the JEE (Main) exam this year, 1,51,207 have registered for the advanced exam — a nearly 6% dip in a year. The entrance test for admission into the 23 IITs, which is to be held on Sunday, will also be taken by 354 foreigners, including OCIs and PIOs, who have travelled to India to take JEE (Advanced). For the fourth time, JEE (Advanced) will be entirely computer-based.
