India’s diplomat Sneha Dubey delivered a fiery rebuttal to Pakistan PM Imran Khan raking up the Jammu & Kashmir issue in his UNGA address, saying Pakistan has nurtured terrorists for long and is an “arsonist disguising itself as a fire-fighter”.
