A 27-year-old tribal woman from Odisha’s Maoist-hit Malkangiri district has become the first pilot from the region to fly a commercial plane. Anupriya Lakra, daughter of a police constable, always wanted to become a pilot, and gave up engineering midway to pursue her dream.
