Over 13 trains were cancelled as torrential rains continued to lash Mumbai and its neighbouring areas for the fourth day on Monday. Railways tracks were submerged at several locations in the city leading to the cancellation of several suburban trains. The heavy downpour also resulted in water logging on the streets causing massive traffic congestion.
