When asked about his elder brother MSY, expressing no concern for him, Shivpal said, “I’m capable of forming party and contesting election. The six-month old PSPL has fielded 41 candidates and with nearly 50 small parties support will contest on additional 38 seats. We will win majority of seats in the state. The party is also contesting in 11 different states. Netaji knows and understand better what he said.
