15 QRT jawans, one driver killed in IED blast by Maoists in Gadchiroli

At least 15 jawans of Quick Response Team (QRT) of the Kurkheda police station of north Gadchiroli were on Wednesday killed in a blast triggered by Maoists, close to Maharashtra-Chhattisgarh border. Bus driver of a private vehicle also lost his life. The blast comes days after the seven-day long 'Martyr Week'.

15 security personnel injured in IED blast by Maoists in Gadchiroli

At least 15 security personnel were injured in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast carried out by the Maoists in Maharashtra's Gadchiroli district on Wednesday. Earlier in the day, Maoists torched at least 25 vehicles of a road construction company in Gadchiroli district, police officials said.
